Teriyaki Glazed Salmon
- 2 Salmon filets about 2 lbs
- 3 tablespoons of seasame oil or olive oil
- 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons seasame seeds
Remove skin from the Salmon filets. In a large skillet, heat the seasame oil with medium heat. Add the salmon filets, saute for 4 minutes. Turn the filets, add the teriyaki sauce. Cook for 5-6 minutes, till the filets flake easily. Remove the filets and sprinkle with the seasame seeds. Serve over rice. Serves four.
