Salmon Filets with Apple Butter
- 2 Salmon filets about 2 lbs
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1/2 cup apple butter
Coat the bottom of baking pan with the butter or magarine. Layer the onions on the bottom of the baking pan. Place the filets skin side down on top of the onions. Coat the filets with the Apple Butter. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until the filets flake easily with a fork. Serves four.
