Glazed Salmon Recipe
- 2 Salmon filets about 2 lbs
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Glaze:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teapoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Remove skin from the Salmon filets. Place Salmon filets on a greased broiler pan. Brush with glaze. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Baste the filets with the glaze during cooking. Remove and serve with remaining glaze.
Glaze:
In a small sauce pan, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar, dill and lemon juice. Stiring constantly. Remove from heat when the sugar melts.
Serves four.
