Crispy Trout Recipe
- 2 Trout Fillets Skin removed
- 1 Cup finely crushed Saltine Crackers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 Stick Butter or Margerine, melted
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Cut Trout filets into serving size pieces. Mix crushed Saltine crackers, salt, celery salt, and garlic salt in a medium bowl, Dip trout filets in melted butter then dip in the cracker crumb mixture. Coat both sides. In a skillet heat the oilve oil to medium heat. Fry the fillets for 5 minutes or till golden brown then flip and cook the other side for till golden brown. Remove trout from the skillet and serve.
